Recommended 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Setup for 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty

Question:

Just purchased a 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty truck with long bed and the factory towing prep package. I need 5th wheel hitch and gooseneck setup that will fit in this truck. Can you help?

You've come to the right spot! I recommend going with the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300 because of the extremely high quality and durability of the B&W Companion series. These hitches have a dual jaw system that provide 360 degrees of contact on your 5th wheel king pin, which provides more security and less rattle than the traditional slide bar setups. The Companion has a fully articulating hitch head that pivots front to back and side to side to allow you to de-couple on the most unevent terrain and helps eliminate chucking experienced with other hitches. Plain and simple, this is one of our highest rated hitches for a reason.

To allow you to tow a gooseneck trailer you'll want to use the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit # C60692. This is a pop-in ball system that works with the factory towing prep package on your 2020 Ford F-350 that is easy to install and remove because of the built in ball bearing system that holds the ball in place in the receiver. It comes with 2 safety chain loops that install in the pucks in your truck bed and can be stored in the carrying case when not in use. This kit does not come with safety chains included so you'll want to add the Reese Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks # RP49151 if you don't already have chains. These are 44" long chains with zinc plating to help resist corrosion.

I've linked some videos about these products and their installation on similar model years of the F-350 to show you a little bit more about how they'll look once installed and their operation.
