For your 2019 Ram 2500, you'll want to go with the Curt # C31089 front mounted receiver hitch. The hitch would use existing frame holes, so no drilling is required but depending on your truck's trim level, you might need to trim a 1-7/8 by 2-1/2 inch slot in the fascia under the front bumper as outlined in the instructions I've linked for you. The hitch as a 5000 line pull or a 500 lb vertical load limit, so it's be perfect for moving a small boat around in a tight space. The # 65063 hitch you'd looked at isn't a fit for your truck
