I need a roof rack for my 2020 Subaru Impreza hatchback . I'm looking for something sleek that will work with the side rails already on the roof.

I have the perfect solution for you. The Yakima RailBar # Y00448-0449 has a very sleek appearance that blends right into the vehicle like a factory bar setup would. A roof rack using the # Y00147 Timberline Towers would indeed work, but the crossbar would be higher up on the roof and the crossbars would extend past the edge of the roof on either side. If you're wanting a slick, close to OEM look it wouldn't be your best choice. If you were wanting to carry more than one or two things on the roof at a time, though you would want longer bars. The # Y33TR feet would work well with the 50 inch long JetStream crossbars, part # Y00425.
With the RailBar set up, it's NOT recommended to operate the sunroof with the rack in place to prevent the sunroof from being damaged.
