The difference between the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension part # CSS-1145R and part # CSS-1168R is that the CSS-1145R is designed for 4 wheel drive models and the CSS-1168R kit is designed for 2 wheel drive models. Neither one of the springs fit the hybrid model Highlander.
