I do have an option for you but there are currently not any gooseneck ball options on the market that include an offset for the Ford factory puck system. However, I recommend to use the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler part # BWTEXA4200 as long as your outer tube is 4" on your gooseneck coupler this inner tube will provide you with 10 extra inches of clearance. I have attached a video for your reference.
