I do have some options for you but there is currently not a front mount hitch available for the 2004 Toyota 4Runner. However there are custom fit brackets available with the snow plow options for the 4Runner. I recommend the SnowBear Winter Wolf Snowplow part # SB324-166 with the custom mounting brackets for the 4Runner part # SB397-049. The SnowBear Plow is a reliable brand from our experience, it also has an electric actuator so the plow can be controlled from the cab.

There is a front mount hitch available for the 2017 Toyota Tacoma with Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31075 which does require less trimming than the other option but you will still need to trim the front air dam. I have attached the installation instructions for your reference. There is not any drilling required.

If you want a snow plow that fits the Curt hitch I recommend SnowBear Personal Snowplow for 2" Hitches - Electric Winch - 82" Wide x 19" Tall part # SB324-080 which has a 5-position blade and electric winch that can be controlled from the cab.
