Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76194 is a fit for a 2020 Volvo XC60. Furthermore, the Draw-Tite hitch is a custom fit so no drilling into the vehicle would be required. The Draw-Tite hitch has a hidden design which means only the receiver tube will be present from behind the vehicle therefore you get a very clean install look.
