Question:

Ive been looking at the list in the above QandA. What amount of installation time would I be looking at, or expecting to pay a qualified professional for installation?

I have done a few flat-tow setups myself and can admit they do take time. The Jeep Wrangler luckily is one of the easier vehicles to install flat-towing components on, the base plates in particular because you don't have to make any major modifications to the front bumper fascia. In regards to time and cost, there are a lot of variables at play here. That said, I have attached for you below a list of components I recommend for a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and the average install time for each based on both averages and personal experience.

Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit part # DM9519336 (3-6 Hours)
Demco Dominator Non-Binding Tow Bar part # DM9511008 (N/A)
Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 (2-3 Hours)
SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System part # SM99251 (6-7 Hours) or
Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System part # BLU37TR (2 Hours)
Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751490 (1 Hour)

In order to determine installation cost, you will need to find the shop you wish to have install these components (if that is the route you take) and multiply the install time by the shop's hourly labor rate which on average is around $100.
