Does Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for 2020 Toyota RAV4 Require Stabilizer Strap for Bike Rack
Question:
Looking at the 2 inch Drawtite hitch for my 2020 RAV4 and I'm wondering if I need a strap to use a bike rack with it? I've seen some things about having to use a strap for some hitches but not all of them. Does this one require it?

Great question!
The answer is no, you do not need to use a stabilizer strap for accessories to stay within the warranty of the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # DT82QR for your 2020 Toyota RAV4. Curt used to have that limitation on a lot of their trailer hitches but it was for the smaller Class I trailer hitches so you don't have to worry about that requirement.
Attached is a sample installation video, the instructions, and a photo to help you with the install and so that you can see what this looks like after it is installed.
If you don't already have a bike rack then I recommend the Thule Apex XT 2 Bike Rack # TH9024XT which is very popular among RAV4 owners. I like this bike rack because it has features which are easy to access and operate plus it has built-in bike and rack locks to help deter theft of your equipment. I have attached a review video of this bike rack for you to check out.
