Cover for 2020 RPod 196 CA80-197-171001-00. Looks like the right one but we have a rear ladder. The pictures show the cove not including the spare tire. Will this one work for this new trailer?

I do have a great option for you, however based on my research the 2020 Forest River R-Pod 196 is a bit longer than most other R-Pod models, so I don't believe the Classic Accessories Storage Cover # CA80-197-171001-00 you referenced will be a good fit. This cover is designed for R-Pods that measure up to 20 feet long (including the tongue), while your R-Pod 196 lists a length of just over 22 feet.
There isn't a similar R-Pod specific cover available that's designed for these longer models.
