I do have an option for you but the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount part # HR200Z is not designed for the ElliptiGO Bikes because the ratcheting arms are not tall enough to secure the bike so it has to be mounted with a fork mount.

I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack for 2 ElliptiGO Bikes part # HR1000Z-R915 which will allow you to carry the ElliptiGO Bike and a standard adult sized bike as well. You will also need Malone LockUp Cable Lock part # MPG357 to lock the bikes to the rack.
