From what I could find it looks like your MotorFansClub Roof Rack Rail Cross Bars are a pretty standard size so the Yakima HandRoll Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # Y04082 should fit just fine. These were designed about the Yakima JetStream crossbars which measure 3-1/8" wide x 1" tall so if your crossbars are similar then you should be fine. If not, just let me know what they measure and I can do some digging to see if they will fit.

Please be mindful that the kit you referenced is only half of a pack. For a complete carrier you either need the kit # Y04083-04082 which comes with 2 rollers and 2 saddles or kit # Y04082-2 which comes with 4 rollers.
