Question:
I picked up a used 2x2 trailer with a 2k GVWR with a 4way. Not towed before so what hitch to you recommend and do you have any concerns with this? Want to be safe.

Yes, you absolutely can tow that trailer. The 2019 Grand Caravan has a Gross Combined Weight Rating at 8,750 for example so you have more than enough capacity there.
A great hitch to set you up is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854. With a matte black finish that resists corrosion and scratches, it's a great choice to do the job. You will also need trailer wiring and what I recommend there is the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11141995 which plugs directly into the existing wiring and includes a powered converter reduces strain on wiring system. Finally a ball mount like the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900 is a great option to provide flexibility to tow a variety of trailers and meet different rise or drop needs.
