Question:
Why are there two Draw-Tite Class III hitches available for a 2020 Odyssey. What's the difference between them?

Draw-Tite does indeed offer two different Class III hitches for the 2020 Honda Odyssey. The # 76171 is what I'd refer to as a typical hitch. Once installed, the entire hitch except for the mounting brackets will be visible from the rear of the vehicle. Because of the way the hitch installs, ground clearance is usually pretty minimal, at just a tad over 10 inches measured from the underside of the receiver tube to the ground. Because minivans like the Odyssey have pretty minimal ground clearance at the back to begin with, Draw-Tite came up with a different design used by # 76170. This hitch is just about totally concealed behind the rear bumper, with the exception of the receiver tube and the safety chain loops. Because of this, the hitch sits up higher on the vehicle and will offer about 2 inches of additional ground clearance which is why I recommend the # 76171.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing purposes, you'll need a trailer wiring harness like # 118781 and a ball mount/trailer ball kit like # EBMK4.
