The Curt 7-Way part # C55774 that you referenced is a fit for your 2020 Ford Transit T250 IF it has the factory tow package and the round connector for a 7-way present at the rear of the vehicle. It's possible you don't have the factory tow package and the connector you are looking for just isn't there. I attached a picture of what the connector you'd need looks like. If instead you don't have the factory 7-way connector you'd just need the # 22114 and you'd be set! I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
