I recommend the B&W Companion for a fifth wheel hitch in your 2020 Ford F-350. The thick dual jaw design reduces the rattle between the hitch and king pin is regarded as one of the best hitches around. And they're made in the USA.

If your truck is a long bed then you can use the fixed hitch, part # BWRVK3300. If you have the short bed you may need the sliding version, part # BWRVK3370. It just depends on your trailer. If yours is designed for short bed trucks and has a tapered front end you probably won't need the slider. Or if the trailer has a Revolution, Sidewinder, or other rotating pin box.
