Question:
Which Air Lift air bags do I need for towing a fifth wheel with my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500?

To help compensate for the sag you experience when your fifth wheel is hitched up, I'd recommend an Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 system. The system has a 5000 lb capacity, but it will not increase the capacity of the rear suspension. If you're in the rust belt or in or near a marine environment, you'd benefit from the stainless roll plates, hardware and air lines provided by the AirLift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus, part # AL89341.
If you aren't located somewhere where corrosion is a concern, either the # AL88341 LoadLifter Ultimate 5000 or the # AL57341 regular Load Lifter 5000 would work perfectly. The difference between the two is the Ultimate # AL88341 has internal jounce stops, which help eliminate body roll and will serve as a fail safe should any of the bags or air lines lose pressure. All the kits mentioned above are compatible with a fifth wheel hitch.
You might also consider an on-board compressor system like the Air Lift Load Controller, part # AL25856. A compressor system provides the ability to tailor the system specifically to your needs on the fly by adding or removing pressure from the system with the push of a button from the comfort and safety of the truck cab.
I've linked an install and a product description video for the air bag system and the compressor.
