5th Wheel Hitch for 2016 Ram 3500 With Factory Prep Package

Question:

I am buying a 5th wheel rv (2018 jayco eagle ht 30.5 mbok) that has a reese revolution pin box and i need a hitch that will work with that and my standard bed(6’-4” +/-) 2016 ram 3500 with the OEM puck system in the bed. can you please assist me with picking one out? my truck has an air system, i’m not exactly sure what….. i just got it used, and i don’t know how that plays into the whole picture.

I highly recommend part # C16046 for your 2016 Ram 3500 with the 6 1/2 foot bed. This hitch is designed for an 8 foot bed but your trailer already has a rotating pin box so this fix mounted fifth wheel hitch works for you.

This hitch will also drop into your factory puck system so the installation is super easy and your air system isn't an issue either.

Question:

I forgot to mention that the pin box is a 16,000 KW, so I could use a 16,000 KW hitch. My next thought is that for a little bit more I want to get a manual slider hitch because I’m buying the RV used to I don’t know what condition the pin box is in or if it functions. Right now it is bolted in the fixed position. What manual slider hitch would you recommend? Is there a Kurt that fits the same situation?

We do have a 16k manual slider that works for your 2016 Ram 3500. Part # C16521 is the hitch you need and part # C16022 is the adapter for the hitch to fit in your puck system.
