Fifth Wheel Hitch for Aftermarket Underbed Rail System on 2017 Ford F-250 Long Bed

I have a 2017 F250 that I need to install a hitch, I have four holes in the bed and on the frame I have a bracket under the holes with slots in it. I think this is not a Puck System so what else do I need to install this?

Knowing what rail system you have on your 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty is needed in order to get your truck a fifth wheel hitch. If you have a bedliner it's going to need to be trimmed to install the B and W Companion #BWRVK3400. It needs to make a solid connection to the bed of your truck and if you have a slide in bed liner that would get in the way.
