is there a concealed cross tube hitch for the 2020 Chrysler pacifica hybrid i already have a bike rack for my older 1-1/4" rack.

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver Class II 1-1/4" part # 36798-SK is the only option for a concealed cross tube on the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The Draw-Tite hitch will give you a 1-1/4" receiver on the back of the Pacifica so as long as your bike rack is compatible with a 1-1/4" like you mention you will not have any issues.
