I have a Firman WH03042 but i can not find a high altitude kit for it but i noticed this is a similar engine.

Yes, since your Firman WH03042 uses the 171 cc size engine the high altitude jet kit part # 333-330717003 that you referenced would work. This is for altitudes of between 6,000 and 8,000 feet. For 3,000 to 6,000 feet you'd instead need the pat # 333-330717002.
