Question:
A friend wired my trailer, and now my truck and the trailer both have a 4 wire male connector. 3 pins and a slot I need to make an adapter with two female connectors. Plugging one into the truck and other end into my trailer But I cannot find where to buy just the female connector . 1 pin and 3 slots

The truck side should have 3 slots and a pin, You might consider simply replacing the plug on the truck side, using # 18002, so it will match up with the trailer.
If you wanted to make and adapter, you'd need two of # 18002 and wire them together, color for color. Instead of the quick splice connectors included with them, I'd recommend soldering the connections and using heat shrink tubing like # DW05451 to keep moisture out of the connection.
I've linked you to an article about trailer wiring. I hope you'll find it helpful.
