You will need to trim or remove the appearance panel that covers the trunk panel to install this Draw-Tite # 75237 on your 2012 Toyota Sienna, but it will fit on your vehicle.
The # 87586 (no longer available) is not completely hidden but it will be largely out of plain view. You will still be able to see the hitch opening but the cross tube and mounting brackets should not be too noticeable.
I attached a picture of the area of the appearance panel that will need to be trimmed as well installation instructions for this product.
