Fifth Wheel Trailer Nose is Too High When Towing With 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty

We have a 2019 F350 and a 2016 reflection 337 and are using a B and W Companion hitch, the problem is I have the hitch at its lowest setting and I am about 3 to 3.5 inches too high in the front. I know this isnt ideal but how high is too high?

That's a fair question but there isn't a "too high" in regards to inches when towing with the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300. It is ideal to be totally level because your ride will be much easier, the trailer won't sway back and forth as much and you will have an easier time connecting and disconnecting. It will just be a better towing experience if you can possibly get level.

You may be able to do that by adjusting your Reflection's pin box. Otherwise, you can also lift your trailer with an over/under conversion kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only).

If you have a 2-3/8" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 or if you have a 3" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00.

I have added links to video reviews of both parts for you to check out.
