Hello, I am a student with University of Wisconsin Stout, and I am looking to use one of your bearings on a gyroscope project. I was wondering what specific grease is used in this hub or what viscosity index the grease has so I can test your bearing in my assembly. I have the desired hub listed below. The Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 4 on 4 - L44649 Bearings - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-440-2-2K uses a lithium complex grease that has a viscosity rating of 2. This viscosity (thickness) rating is the standard used for trailer hub and drum bearing grease.
