I really like the fact that you can flip the ball over and store it in the gooseneck ball mount, so you don't have to worry about misplacing it when its not in use. Going with the underbed mounted kit allows you to take advantage of having a clear truck bed when the hitch is not in use, as opposed to using an adapter on 5th wheel rails.
