Replacement Fan Motor and Blade Setup for Fan-Tastic Roof Vent with 3 Speed Fan

I need to replace my fan motor on in my bathroom. It was made by Fan-tastic Vent Corp in Imlay City, MI. The model #FSML80004WH MFG 07/12. 12V 25W input. When the motor ran, it was very powerful with 3 settings and quiet. I believe the company was bought out. However, I am looking for the best quality replacement motor and or blades if I have to.
