The Demco 5th Wheel Installation Kit # DM8552031-71. you referenced provides a set of industry standard fifth wheel rails so you have many hitch options that will fit. Since your 2019 Ford F-250 is a short bed you would need a slider hitch to allow you to have the needed turning clearance.

So for that I highly recommend the Demco Hijacker AutoSlide hitch part # DM8550034 as it slides automatically as you make tight turns to provide you with the turning clearance you need. Most slider hitches require you to manually operate them any time they are used which is a bit of a hassle.
