Question:
When measuring the door width is it the entry width or the lip inside the door frame that stops the door. I have a Grand design solitude 367. Also the height above ground is 35.5 inches so can i get the 4 step?

In order to choose the correct SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps you will need to measure the opening of your doorway inside the trim pieces. I have attached a photo to show this. If the threshold height is over 35" when measuring from the ground while level to the bottom of the doorway then you can indeed use a quad step. For this we have part # LC678025 for 26" doorways, part # LC791574 for 26"-30" doorways, and part # LC791575 for 30" - 36" doorways.
