I have a 2019 new style ram 3500 single wheel, I am trying to see if this will fit for my truck.

The Reese Universal Base Rails # RP58058 can technically fit your 2019 Ram 3500 short bed if you use the Universal Installation Kit # RP30439, but since this requires you to drill holes in your truck frame I recommend using the B&W Custom Installation Kit # BWRVK2605 because it still gives you industry standard base rail connections and you don't have to drill into your truck frame.
As of right now (March 2020) Reese doesn't have a custom bracket kit for the standard base rail system so this B&W kit is the best option.
