Yes. The etrailer Hitch # e98854 is a confirmed fit on the 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with the Stow and Go seats. This hitch has a 2" receiver that has a durable powder coated finish. If you're going to be towing with this hitch you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball.
For wiring I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118534 which will provide an easy installation that plugs in behind the tail lights on your Town and Country. I prefer the Tekonsha harnesses since they've proven to be more reliable over time. For ball mount and hitch ball I recommend using the etrailer # 989900 kit since it comes with multiple ball mounts and hitches to allow you to cover a variety of trailer towing setups.
