Bolt Torque When Installing Replacement Finger Guard for Roadmaster Falcon

Both of the finger guards on my Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain tow bar need to be replaced. Are there any tips for replacing these parts, and what should the bolt be torqued to?? Thanks

I spoke with Roadmaster and they told me there isn't a specific torque figure to use since if you overtighten them the arms won't be able to move.

"We suggest tightening so that the tow bar is easily maneuverable but can still hold itself up on its own (be sure to use red loctite) like # LT37420.

The guards of the # RM-A001237 basically just get lined up like the picture I attached and you'd be set.
