Do these have 4 or 5 mounting holes to match up to the flange on the axle?

The hub/drums part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K that you referenced don't attach to braking flanges but the brake assemblies that normally get used with these like part # 23-458-459 attach using a 5 bolt pattern. Hubs attach with a spindle nut like what you see in the attached install video.
