The only difference between the Curt Rebellion XD Shock Absorbing Adjustable Ball Mount with 2" and 2-5/16" Balls # C45949-22516 and the Curt Rebellion XD Shock Absorbing Adjustable Ball Mount with 2" Ball # C45949-2 is that one comes with a 2-5/16" hitch ball and the other does not (the other difference, of course, is the price, which is based on an algorithm that takes into account many different factors).

Since you mentioned you need the one with both size hitch balls, you will need the Curt Rebellion XD Shock Absorbing Adjustable Ball Mount with 2" and 2-5/16" Balls # C45949-22516.

This ball mount is going to give you a much smoother ride than traditional ball mounts, and has a 10,000 lb capacity with the 2" ball and 15,000 lb capacity with the 2-5/16" ball. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
