Question:
On hitch extenders, such as C45048, what do you recommend to reduce side-to-side movement? On Torqlift models I see turnbuckles and chains, is there a means to do something similar with the Curt?

In regards to the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer part # C45048, there isn't a device that is designed to stop side to side sway. That said, so long as you stay within the listed weight capacities then you will not have any issues. The TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extensions like part # TLE1528 that you mentioned are a much more premium option which do have additional measures incorporated in to combat additional movement. This is why the weight capacities listed for the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extensions are much higher. That said, they also require the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver like part # TLF1002-30 which is a fit for a 2015 Ford F-350.
Therefore, we do have hitch extender options with built-in additional support to limit excess movement but these are premium options which the price reflects.
