Yakima replaced the Whispbar roof rack line with their JetStream rack line which for your 2019 Volvo XC90 you'd need the # Y00426 and # Y00147. Since all of the Whispbar line has been discontinued there isn't a way to get replacement parts for it.
The brand was also discontinued before anything would have been tested on your 2019 vehicle as well.
