Question:
I have a Rhino rack 2500 Aero rack that I used on a 2013 Ford Taurus. VA126S bars, RLKVA legs and DK229 fit kit. Wanting to now use this on a 2007 Acura TL. I believe the bars and legs will work on this vehicle but that I will need a DK067 fit kit. Question is can I just order the rubber pads, part #M366? Are the rubber pads interchangeable with the swivel piece of the leg? Are their differences in the metal hook piece of the fit kit or are they a standard size? Thanks

I can certainly understand wanting to use everything you have, but the pads themselves are not available as replacements from Rhino-Rack, so you will need to get the entire fit kit, which you correctly identified as Custom DK Fit Kit # DK067.
The good is, I can confirm that all the parts you currently have and mentioned will work on your 2007 Acura TL, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126S-2 and Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA. So you do only need the Fit Kit and you have yourself an entire roof rack for your Acura.
I have added links to instructions for these parts as well in case you are anything like me and don't just keep instruction manuals handy!
