Can the controller be bypassed/removed? I have one built into my RV and dont need the one included.

If you wanted to bypass the controller of the Go Power Portable Solar System # 34282730 you certainly could. It would be a matter of unwiring the panels from the controller and then instead wiring them to the controller on your RV.
