Parts Needed to Install B&W BWRVK3770 5th Wheel Hitch Into OEM Tow Package Puck on2016 GMC 2500

Question:

Just purchased BandW 5th wheel hitch w slider Towing Prep package - Duel jaw BWRVK3770. I have a 2016 GMC 2500. Is this all the parts I need to have the hitch installed? Also Im pretty good at turning a wrench is it a tough job.

The B&W Companion for the OEM Tow Prep Package you refer to, part # BWRVK3770 includes everything necessary for installation into the factory pucks on your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500.

Assuming your truck has the OEM pucks in the truck bed, the installation couldn't be much more simple. Drop the hitch into place, adjust the height of the pins used to connect to the pucks if necessary, and latch them into place. Bada bing, you're done. I'll link a video showing how simple it is.

If you don't already have one, a 7-way wiring harenss/trailer connector can be installed in the truck bed using part # 20110. I've linked to an installation video for that as well.
