Based on your VIN I believe you have a 3,700 lb axle but unfortunately cannot confirm. If you have 10 inch hubs then that would help confirm. For that axle you would use # L44649 bearing and # L68149 bearing along with seal # 010-180-00.

The best way to confirm is actually to pull a hub and look at the numbers on the face of the bearings. Based on what I could find the above is the correct fit.
