The Curt Q20 Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch, # C16130, has a 360-degree pivoting head, not just front-to-back and side-to-side. The single pivot heads only allow the head to move front-to-back and the double pivot heads will allow front-to-back and side-to-side pivoting.
The Q20 uses a unique spherical axial bearing which allows the head to pivot a full 360 degrees. The head also has built-in cushioning to absorb road shock.
