The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75659 is what I recommend for a 2008 Honda Element because it offers the easiest installation of all other options which mind you is drill-free. In regards to compatibility with a bike rack like the RockyMounts BackStage 2 Bike Platform Rack part # RKY10002, there will be no issues as this is a great hitch for bike racks.
