For brake lines, we have many sizes and they are either flexible rubber hoses like # HS496-252 or fixed lines like # T4829900. I've linked the page to all the components and kits we carry.

Yes, the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit #HS496-252 that you referenced can handle 1,600 psi like what disc brakes are rated for. This will work great with the HydraStar 1,600 psi actuator part #HBA16 that you also referenced.
