Question:
What is the best way to be able to carry 6 bikes on this unit? Or is there a 2 bike addition available? Feedback on the unit: The major downside to this rack is that it seems like I am the only one in the family with a straight frame bike, all the other bikes have a ladies swing through or the top tube goes all the way to the rear axle making it nearly impossible to slide through with a water cage.

The Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack - 2" Hitches - Swinging # Y02465 does not allow for additional bikes. To use that bike rack with women's or alternative bike frames you will need to use a bike adapter bar like # 64005. This will allow more level transport and the water cage won't be an issue. To add 2 bikes you would need to use a roof rack and roof mounted bike carrier like # Y02114 for the 2 other bikes.
The Yakima HangOver 6 Bike Rack for Mountain Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting # Y02485 is the only bike rack we carry for 6 bikes and the style of bike frame won't matter. It does tilt away, but will not work with the swing away adapters.
