Yes the Schwinn Perla women's beach cruiser will be compatible with the Hollywood Trail Rider part # HR200Z with the use of an adapter part # 64005 because the bike's top cross tube comes down too low for the ratcheting arm of the bike rack to lock down onto according to all of the photos I found of the bike. Other then the use of an adapter, the beach cruiser will work well because the fenders will not interfere with mounting the bike at all.
