Im looking at the Weighsafe hitch 2.5 inch 8 . I need to ensure it includes the 2 and 2 5/16 Stainless Balls. It should be clearer.

I believe you are referring to the Weigh Safe 2-Ball Mount w/ Built-In Scale - 2-1/2" Hitch - 8" Drop, 9" Rise # WS8-25. This does have a 2" ball (weight rating 8,000 lbs) and a 2-5/16" ball (18,500 lbs) which can be swapped out pretty easily depending on what size coupler your trailer has.
