Roof Rack and Paddleboard Carrier Recommendation for 2017 Chevy Malibu  

Question:

I have a 2017 Chev Malibu with a panoramic sunroof. Is it possible to attach a roof rack to carry two Stand up Paddle Boards 116 and 11long and approx 65 lbs together. These boards would extend past the front and back windshield which Im not sure if that requires extra securing in addition to a rood rack. If so which rack would you recommend and what the approximate cost would be. Thx.

We can definitely help you carry your paddleboards but you will first need a roof rack installed on your 2017 Chevy Malibu with the glass roof like the Yakima Jetstream part numbers # Y00426, # Y28TR, #Y06123 and then for a board carrier the Thule part # TH810001 can carry both of your boards easily and is a fit for the Yakima rack so you'd be set!
