Measurement of Trailer Hitch Receiver for 2009 Ford E-250 Van  

Question:

I have a 2009 Ford E250 van. I need to know exactly how far a trailer hitch would extend beyond my rear bumper. Could provide a drawing with the dimensions from the rear bolt hole to the end of the hitch receiver?

For your 2009 Ford E250 van the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Cast Center - Custom Fit - Class V - 2" # 41945 is a great option and will stick out 4-1/2 inches from the bumper. I've attached a photo with dimensions to assist.

I've attached the link to trailer wiring as well to assist. If you need a ball mount as well, they will measure from the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball. I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs # 989900 to fit most trailer applications. I've attached some videos to assist further.
