I have a Ram Promaster City Cargo Van with no interior insulation. How can I attach the interior dressing flange when screws protrude from mounting fan on van top?

In order to install the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent part # MA00-07000K on a van with thin metal roof you'd need to use some sort of brace between the garnish which will provide support and help secure the base. The type of base can be pretty much anything you see fit such as some spare lumber. There is also the option of a smaller powered fan, the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent part # VP-543SP which is more commonly used in these types of applications.
