Question:
I have a 1994 Four Winns boat and single axle trailer. The hubs and brakes appear original, so Im planning to replace. I havent pulled off the wheel to determine the axle diameter, but I found an old specs sheet online on the manufacturers website that listed the Gross Axle Weight Rating as 4740 lbs. It has 6 on 5.5 lugs. Is it safe to assume that the replacement hubs/brakes would be rated for 5200 lbs? If you would be so kind to recommend compatible parts if possible, it would be much appreciated!

Since the spec sheet said 4,740 lbs per axle and you have 6 on 5-1/2" lug patterns I think it's safe to assume that brakes and hub/drums rated for a 5,200 lb axle would fit, but I would still try to double check on your end just to be sure. There should be an axle tag in the middle of your axle that says the exact weight rating.
For a 5,200 lb axle you'll use the following:
Electric Brakes - # AKEBRK-7-D
Hydraulic Brakes - # AKFBBRK-7-D
Hub and Drum Assembly - # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K (comes as qty 1)
